I moved into my home a little more than 1 ½ years ago. Despite the fact that I had a new dryer, my clothes were taking longer than I thought they should to dry. I also noticed a lot of lint and humidity in the laundry area. I called reliant air duct and spoke with Lee . They came out really quickly. He cleaned out the dryer vent, reconnected everything and now it’s working great! I confirmed with lee that the dryer vent should be cleaned out every year. He said that every other year would be fine. I really appreciated his honesty. I thought that I had to have my house air ducts cleaned and called reliant air duct again. He asked why I thought it needed to be done. Once he heard what was going on, he agreed that it would be a good idea. He was able to get the job scheduled within a couple of days. He arrived promptly on the day scheduled and did a thorough job. He made me aware that there was some mold and mildew that he had to treat. He stated that the ducts appeared to not have been cleaned in over 30 years! Everything was cleaned up and looked great when I got home! Definitely would call reliant air duct again and have already recommended him! Thank you for the great service! 10/10

Called for an appointment and price. It took a while for a call back but I was quoted X after going over what I had that needed to be cleaned. Set my appointment and they were able to come a few days early. 2 people arrived and went right to work. It took them a couple hours and they showed me the before and after pics as well as kept me in the loop of each phase (I had taken some before pics so it was verified.) and what an amazing job. House is 20+ years old and I do not think they were ever cleaned. The final price was $50 less than original quote, . A pleasure to do business with Reliant Air Duct. I did speak with the owner for the pricing and he is a very friendly and nice person who cares about the quality of work and relationship with his customers. A rare breed in business these days as most companies just want money. How many times have you received a quote and paid less? :) I will have them back in 4-5 years for another cleaning without a doubt!
