- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The one thing i try and do is provide as much to my customers so that the investment seems small compared to value they are receiving.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple. We start with a deep dive into you, what it is your actually wanting to accomplish, what are you limiting factors and obstacles. From there i create a path to success with assessments, assignments, one on one sessions, daily, weekly and monthly practices to best accomplish your goals.
