- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am very reasonable with budget when it comes to booking your big day. Please note that, ALL BOOKINGS REQUIRE DEPOSITS TO CONFIRM THE BOOKING. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. This is for the safety of you and myself as your photographer. Deposits ensure your date is completely booked with no worries of the “No Show Photographer” that you were suppose to pay the day of the event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I advise all new customers to visit my website and check out my latest work and latest pricing. Once complete and understood, I will see what your inquiry is and make sure budget is satisfactory for both me and the client. Once booked, I will advise you on how to pay your deposit. Once deposit is paid we will discuss your location, time and other details.
