They set up an appointment with me and then asked me to reschedule for later so I did. The day of I thought I wouldn't be able to make it to the property so I attempted to reschedule via the number that had texted me to reschedule. I received no answer so I called them a couple of minutes later. After the agent told me there were no appointments until days later I told them I would keep the appointment and made sure to be at the property to wait for them. No one showed up so I called and they said they had canceled my appointment based on the text which they had never responded to.
