Workin from with Cody was awesome. He definitely knows his stuff and he pushes you where you need it. He also gives you all the tools you need to be able to work on your own as well. I've personally fallin off but because of the things I learned from Cody I've been able to get back on track and start myself over. I've hit a few snags in the road but still following what's cody taught me and making my way back towards my goal. I have a few goals to reach and I know I'll teach them before Halloween.......I'm a third of the way to my goal.Mar 27, 2017Verified
Awesome personal trainer. Knows his stuff and is with you every step of the way. I just started with him and I'm very excited! Amazing gym too. One of a kind!May 4, 2017Verified
I have been going to Cody for a bit over a month now. He is great about mixing it up, and giving me a great workout for the total body. I'm already noticing a difference in my body tone, and can't wait until I have six months under my belt. I love Cody's approach, and his scheduling flexibility makes consistency way easier!!!Feb 7, 2017Verified
Cody is the absolute best! He really pushes and challenges you, but is very supportive as well. I find myself really missing the sessions during breaks in training. NXT Rep Fitness is a great, do-work gym and feels like a small family.Jun 6, 2016Verified

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I take them through a Full Body workout so I can see what condition they are in. Once I get a good idea then I can give the client an idea of how we will train. After that the 2nd or 3rd session we will take all your measurements and body fat % so we can test every month.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?My college degree is in Exercise Psychology and a Masters in Sports Management. I also have around 20+ Fitness Certification's with the most recognized being the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES) and Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES). I also own and teach a school for people that want to receive their NASM Certification with about 60+ trainers in DFW have been taught under myself.
