This is warning to anyone considering using this contractor.. BEWARE!!! I hired this man from this site and what I received was sheer horror. This man was hired to do an acid wash on my floors and remove the baseboards in my home in preparation for the job. I returned home to holes in my sheetrock in several places that went all the way the studs. Also, there were several places where there were huge rips in my sheetrock that were never there before. On yesterday 02/17/2016 I returned home to a standing water in my home and PURE FILTH. During the process of removing remaining grout, this man ruined my new carpet in rooms he was not even working in because the house was not properly prepped. I opened my doors in sheer horror to water soaked carpet and mud There was mud-like debris on every surface in my kitchen. There was water on an in my stove along with the same mud-like residue. There was dust in every room. There was piles of wet muddy filth left in my hall and muddy, sandy footprints my entire kitchen and living room floor. I was horrified. I only wish we were allowed to post pictures because I would gladly post them to substantiate everything I am saying. At 7:00 PM there was still water standing in my home. My home was so filthy I could not even spend the night there. In fact when I returned home from work to find this mess I had to call this man 5 times and text him before he would pick up the phone and call me back. Did he apologize? No. He only wanted to know could he come back. The biggest thing that annoyed me about this whole experience is not only did this man leave my house a filthy mess, he decided it was a good idea to go into my personal bathroom and use my $12 Egyptian cotton face towel to wipe off something with. I would assume it was equipment or something they took with them, because nothing in my house was cleaned. After destroying the towel, he thought it was a good idea to then leave it in my kitchen sink. Save yourself money, heartache and anger and do not invite this contractor it your home. This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had in my life. My walls and home were ruined by this man and his negligence. I hate that I even had to give this a one star review. It should have been 0.Feb 18, 2016Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?there's really no complicated price system for my services. I basically estimate your job and the only thing that would raise the cost would be the demolition.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?my typical process of working with new clients would be a phone call first. after I get the description of exactly what they are wanting I'll go out to your location and give you a estimate on your repair. Once that estimate is agreed on we will go into a contract. most jobs are done within 7 days. This is an estimated time it can take days longer or it can take days shorter.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?over 20 years of on hands construction I have not taken any related courses or educational courses in this specific field
