- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know the client. We discuss the learning goals the client would like to achieve. Planning begins to create a learning program to help the client achieve learning goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a B.S. in Ed. degree from Central Michigan University. I hold a Texas Teaching Certificate. I have been teaching for the past 30 years.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with many students. The age ranges from young children to adults. Most of my work has been with high school age students. Recently, I have worked a fifth grade student.
