I was referred to Victor with MHS Contractors by a close friend who has utilized his services for a few of his rental properties and spoke very highly of him. It was very evident early on as to why I was referred. Victor and his team were wonderful. I called him on a Monday to ask for quote for a few miscellaneous tasks-mount my TV and hang some curtain rods as well as fix the damage to my drywall I caused trying to do this myself. All three of the gentlemen were extremely professional and took care of these items quickly. The cost was very reasonable and I am sure I will have additional things I will be calling them for, as I just moved in. I will pass along their information to anybody looking for great and honest handyman. Victor also mentioned they do home remodeling, so when the time comes for that, I will certainly be calling Victor at MHS Contractors.

Victor and his team were great! I had a ceiling leak in my new home that was only built 3 years ago. While the builder said they fixed it in under a warranty repair, they didn't do it satisfactorily, as the water stain from the leak showed through the touch up the warranty people did, and also the sheetrock cracked. Victor was very prompt in setting up a time to come do an estimate, and afterward quickly scheduled his team to come perform the repairs. To ensure that the leak was not still on-going, they did a water test. During the water test we also discovered that my backyard hose bib had a big water leak, and was leaking behind the brick ledge. MHS got their plumber out a few days later, and found that the hose bib was damaged, without having to remove brick, or sheetrock/insulation on the inside to check...THANKFULLY! The hose bib had a crack in the shaft. The plumber replaced the hose bib immediately. I would definitely recommend Miguel's Handyman Services, and keep them as a resource for any future projects!

I would totally recommend and most certainly will use again for my home repairs. I am a new home owner and wanted to spruce up my house a bit. I needed all my walls repainted and wanted new modern floors installed. I am ecstatic with the outcome. I was confused with what colors to choose for the walls and floor and Mr. Victor was more than helpful by giving paint samples and floor recommendations of what is the popular style right now. The service was excellent and most of all, they are very professional and made me feel comfortable with the repair process.

MHS team did a great job restoring our bedroom, bathroom and closet after a flood. I tried multiple other companies but decided to honwith MHS after speaking with Victor. Victor was very professional and helpful. They were able to get us fixed up while on vacation at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this company.
