It was such a pleasure working with Kyndra and the rest of the team at Atmospheric Home Staging. They were prompt, kind and courteous. We were selling a house that we still really loved but had outgrown due to additions to the family. In staging the house she was able to keep the modernity of the house while also making it feel like home. She also pointed out things that I would have never thought of. She insisted on staging the master with a queen bed, to make the room look bigger than it actually was. I was unsure, but she was able to convince me and when I saw the final product I thought 'This is the work of a genius!' - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?All vacant staging pricing includes property assessment, design, space planning, selecting inventory, inventory pack and load, delivery, staging and install, de-stage/pick-up, restocking, and travel.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Working with a customer starts with a phone call to assess the staging needs and selection of a service. After the phone call and questions are answered we can then come out for a consultation and free quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Kyndra has a Master of Science degree in Merchandising from The University of North Texas specializing in home furnishings. She has a Bachelors Degree is Home Furnishings Merchandising and is a member of the Real Estate Staging Association, RESA.
