    They arrived on time, were super professional and cordial! They were also very respectful of the fact that our baby was in the middle of a nap, so they started on the other side of the house. When it came time to make a little noise, they made sure to let us know, which we appreciated. We sat on the patio for a while and when we came inside, it smelled clean - the smell of nothing, no fragrances, no food, nada. And they also did a walkthrough with us before they left to make sure everything as to our satisfaction. A little note: we had a miscommunication on appointment time, and they came out and serviced our home the next day. We appreciated that so much! Would definitely recommend them and will actually be recommending them to our family.

    I’ve used several different cleaning services over the years, but I’ve been blown away by my experience with EHC Services. They genuinely want my home to still feel like MY home after they’ve finished cleaning, and it genuinely does. They have a knack for putting things where they belong, as opposed to stuffing everything in a random drawer. After every cleaning, I get a follow up text asking if I’m satisfied with the job they completed, and they welcome any feedback (not that I’ve had anything to complain about!). I love that they use Google calendar to set up our weekly appointments... this is definitely the most organized cleaning company I’ve ever used! They also charge HALF what my last cleaning company charged, yet do a much better job. I’d recommend EHC Services to anyone!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
    Our pricing is based on your home and how you use & maintain it not hourly. This means you'll always pay a set price for your standard maintenance cleaning. Factors that go into determining price is square footage, number of bathrooms and bedrooms, number of adults and children living in the home, and pets. We offer weekly and bi-weekly discounts as well as referral discounts.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
    We recommend doing a one time deep cleaning to start your service, this way we can maintain your home from then on. This also gives us a chance to accurately price your home for your regular cleanings. We prefer to give estimates in person but are more then happy to take calls, emails, and text with information on your home to give you an estimate.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
    I have a bachelors degree in business and marketing and owned my own business back in Mexico. While in the states I worked as a manager at a car dealership and perfected my customer service and management skills. My wife has a bachelors degree in Behavioral Science from West Chester University. She was a full time nanny/house manager for 6 years. We branched out into the house cleaning after my wife started a part time cleaning business in Pennsylvania.
