I initially contacted Francisco and his team for an estimate on an old pier and beam house I had on contract and needed foundation work. He was able to get someone there under a tight time constraint and the estimate was in the ballpark with the others. I went through with buying the house and wanted to quickly get the foundation work done. I ultimately decided on Cortez Foundation Repair based on the numerous positive reviews. After calling Francisco, to my surprise they were able to start the work the next morning and it was completed that same evening. Wow. Everyone was very professional, efficient and cleared the materials at the end. Plenty of pictures of the work were provided at the end along with the warranty. Francisco even had some recommendations for floor work that I wanted to get done next, now that theyre level. Im happy I chose Cortez for what can be a stressful process and Im sure you will be too. The reviews are accurate.

Francisco and his crew were great. They finished my foundation job quickly, cleaned up after they finished and sent all the documentation I needed. I flip houses so I will be using Cortez Foundation Repair for all my future projects.
