- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is different as customers have different lifestyles, needs and possibilities. That’s why I collect at the beginning as much information as possible to best fit your expectations. I can offer hourly rates or per piece of project (whole space concept, one zone concept, layout and space planning etc.). I’ll do my best to figure out the best solution for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial visit at project place - I gather as much info as possible to determine the scope of the project and your needs. I prepare report after our initial visit consisting of my offer, pricing, time frames. I can offer: 1. Hourly consultations. 2. Concept design – in the form of computer visualization. Layout, space planning, customers traffic flow analysis, design of floors, walls, ceiling, selection of furniture, lighting, decors etc. 3. Technical design – for general contractor, bidding, permits (if needed). 4. General contractor selection, supervision of finishing works. You set the budget, we prepare design and work on your budget choosing materials and options relevant to price level.
