Introduction: Are you interested in speaking Korean fluently and confidently while dining at Korean restaurants? My course can help you achieve that goal. Starting with Hangul, the Korean alphabet, you will learn simple grammar structures and gradually advance to more complex grammar phrases. You will also have quizzes and assessments to monitor your progress. With my program, you can expect to read, write, and speak Korean within just a few sessions. I was nervous when I first started taking lessons however, Karina has been a huge help. She moves at the learners pace which is great and is very helpful when it comes to questions that you may have. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to learn the Korean language.

I wrote a review last year when I started my tutoring sessions with karina. At the time, I had nothing but positive things to say about her as a tutor. Now months later, I still have nothing but positive things to say about her. She comes prepared every class and always answers any grammar questions I have. She makes sure that my pronunciation is always correct even if it takes the whole class. By the end of it, I feel I have accomplished a lot and have a deeper understanding of how a word is supposed to sound in Korean. Karina really aims to simplify and move at a pace with which I am comfortable. She’s always cheerful and full of energy. It never feels awkward with her and I honestly look forward to each time we meet. I highly recommend karina for a Korean tutor. She’s very good, nurturing and has a strong grasp of the Korean language and not to mention modern Korean slang.

We will meet to discuss the student’s Korean learning goals and demonstrate a free class based on our conversation. Once the student decides to continue to study further with me, it is 65/hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will start with Hangul, Korean Alphabets, numbers, simple grammar, and new grammar phrases every week.
