First Impression Landscaping
We hired Kent to patch our grass and mow our lawn. We paid everything up front per his request. This was back in April. He completed 3 mows with 1 visit per month instead of doing 4 visits in April like I had paid him in advance for. The grass was half done so it's looking terrible. He now have our money but won't respond to us anymore. We lost money and yard look horrible as where he left it. Last contacted him was 6/15/16 asking for a refund but he completely ignored us. His phone goes straight to voicemail. Update 2/17/18 No you did not refund my money. You simply disappeared and not responding to my texts or calls.Feb 18, 2018Verified
Ken was brilliant. He showed up on time and understood exactly what i needed. The price quoted was great and the final landscaping is amazing, better than i was expecting. - How did you get started doing this type of work?I have always had a passion for the outdoors and customer service. Combining the two made sense; so I decided to make a living for my family doing what I enjoyed most. It has been a VERY rewarding experience.
