FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each case is different, and the time required to accomplish the result depends on many factors. Each clients needs a certain result, and has a different set of facts and other parties involved. A simple agreed divorce with no children and minimal property is much less expensive to handle than a nasty divorce with complicated property and child issues. A traffic ticket is simpler, and much cheaper to handle, than a charge for assault with a deadly weapon. I look at each case and estimate how much time it will take to accomplish the goals set out by my client.

Each year I attend at least 15 hours, and usually more, of continuing legal education seminars on topics that deal with my areas of expertise.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Divorce, wills for young families, and DWI defense.
