Carpet Experts did a great job installing new carpet in 3 rooms, 1,400 SF, including 2 stairs. I asked for several price quotes for the Dreamweaver (Shaw) carpet, incl. 8 lbs. padding, they came back with a very price competitive quote versus another 5 star provider. The quality of the installation was excellent, you could definitely see that the installer had 25 years of experience.

I will call them to install my custom carpet stairway runner as soon as it comes in from the manufacturer. I will call them to install it. Carpet experts were quick to respond and indicated that they install runners all of the time. They gave me a ballpark quote that is in the range I anticipated for my project.

Get to know them, know there story and what they want. I will go to there house and measure, offer free estimates, show samples of what they want. Give them a reasonable and competitive price and if they agree we schedule an installation date and go from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Worked for major companies, Empire and Home Depot.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
It is a passion I always had and to help people and see them happy. Family owned. I started when I was younger and ever since then I love doing it.
