From past experience with movers, I know that a small moving company can't always come at a fixed time because the previous customer underestimates how long it will take, and they have to stay as long as it takes. What James does differently is he does NOT promise a specific time but (a) proposes a time range and (b) then keeps you updated as to their actual ETA. This simple approach, along with him being very polite and easy to talk with, and his movers doing a great job, earns them a maximum rating.

I just got married and wanted to move some of my stuffs in my husband's flat. My move was in the same city and the distance was not too far. I contacted many moving companies. Among all of them I found something different to this company. They assured me, it was needed only two hours to finish the whole procedure. Really two movers and the moving car arrived in front of my mom's home and loaded everything safely. They were very familiar to wrap, pack and tape up the boxes. They replaced all items carefully as we requested them. It was overall outstanding. Top class movers!

We did a long distance move from Texas to the Oklahoma, and we were apprehensive about hiring a long distance moving company. We were worried about delivery times, and losing boxes. These guys were great! They load the truck, and your stuff stays in the same truck that it gets delivered in within specified time. They showed up on time to load and on time to deliver (just 5days later!) And nothing was broken! I highly recommend All Over the State Moving and Storage.

Me and my wife recently moved from Fort Worth Tx to Vancouver Wa. If it hadn't been for Less Stress Moving Company I don't know what we would have done. Not only were they $1500 cheaper than all the other companies but they also had us moved into our house in only two days. All the guys worked so hard and were very polite throughout the whole move even though we had so many things and over half of them were to heavy for us to carry!!
