- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies upon style and hair length/thickness, type of makeup application, and whether or not false lashes are desired. There is a charge for Bridal hair and makeup run through, travel, Out of town weddings and staying later for touch ups. We can go into detail with initial consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a thorough consultation with everyone, including repeat clients that we can schedule over the phone or in person at salon suite.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the owner, I have countless Continuing Education classes on color techniques, color theory, haircutting, keratin treatment certification, other hair texture services such as relaxers, hair styling, product knowledge, makeup techniques and product knowledge and most recently Cosmetology Instructor Training and licensing. I am constantly surrounded by other professionals that share their knowledge and expertise as guest speakers. This is something that is required for all of my stylists.
