I am an attorney in Dallas, and my law practice keeps me very busy. I recently moved out of my apartment in Addison, but I had not had time to locate a new apartment, and I needed to move all of my belongings into storage at the last minute--about 10 hours before I needed to vacate the premises. A friend who had agreed to help got called into work at the last minute, so I was left high and dry; both puzzled and worried about my predicament. I have a small efficiency vehicle that cannot fit more than a couple medium-sized boxes, but I had several large pieces of heavy wooden furniture (bed, headboard, mattress, large dresser, large mirror, sofa, and a wooden desk that weighs several hundred pounds). I had to get my belongings moved before the storage place closed at 6 p.m. I needed a solution, and fast! I called Day and Night Movers in the early afternoon. The owner picked up the phone himself, and was very polite. In mere moments, he was able to arrange a complete move of my apartment into the storage unit at the last minute, and he arrived on the scene with another employee within an hour or two of my call. Both the owner and the other employee were very polite and professional in person. They quickly packed and protected my furniture and belongings, and moved them down four flights of stairs into their truck. They headed right over to the storage unit, and arrived before I arrived myself. They wasted no time, but went straight to their work, unloading the truck and putting everything carefully on the dollies to transfer all of my worldly possessions into the storage unit, several floors up. Everything entered the storage unit nicely wrapped in plastic bags and carefully stacked. Nothing was damaged in the move--not a single ding on any of the furniture! The unloading and storage was just as fast as the packing, and I was able to get back to the apartment to clean up and vacate with time to spare. Day and Night Movers did not dirty or damage my apartment in the least--no dirt or scuffs on the floor, nor dings on the door, corners, or crown moulding--and I got my entire security deposit back in full! I was, and am, very pleased with the promptness of the service, the politeness of the owner and the employee, and the quality of the move. Day and Night Movers really saved my hide, and the price was excellent. They did not charge any expedite fees or extra materials fees for this move--it was all on a very reasonable and affordable flat rate. Without Day and Night Movers, I would have been in a world of hurt--the owner and his team swooped in and saved the day! I highly recommend this company for any residential or office moves in the Dallas area; the company's speed, affordability, and professional demeanor are the best of any mover I have ever used. Five stars!

What can I say other than FANTASTIC!! My girlfriend and I moved from Arlington to Dallas and we had a 2 bed 2 bath, about 1200 SQ FT. to move. Our boxes were ready and everything was in order for the two guys we hired from Day and Night Movers. They were in and working right away and the time quote they gave me of 9:30AM was met perfectly, which I rarely see when I hire movers. I move a lot, I am talking like once a year and I have moved about 8 times in ten years and these guys by far were the best I have ever come across. When I first called to set up the move, I called at like 4:55PM on a weekday. They close at 5PM, and Robert answered the phone very joyful. I expected everyone to be gone for the day since I usually see businesses closing up before the time stated on the door or the website, which to me is a bad sign for any business. Robert setup the move and asked all the important questions. He sounded very enthused to be helping me, and prideful of his profession. After I set up the move about 3 weeks out, I then received emails from other staff members (Parrish, Jane, and Francey) to confirm everything was on schedule which left me very confident and assured. The day of the move two guys named Marcus and Jose I believe showed up and got straight to work. They weren't messing around, talking on their phones, or anything that would take away from the hourly rate I was quoted which made me feel that my time is important to them. The move was about a 30 mile drive and there was easy to and from directions that they already had in hand, in fact they beat me there and I left before them. So that showed me that they know the best routes to take that doesn't slow down production time. Overall, a two bedroom 2 bath got moved (without appliances) in 4 hours and 15 minutes. That to me is what shocked me as I was estimating 6 hours at least. Everything was handled with care and literally nothing was chipped scratched or broken. I gave the guys what I consider a good tip at $70.00 each, and I saved $150.00 from my original personal estimate. Which is almost 30% off. The really great things (Wow factors) I noticed during the move was that Robert, The owner showed up at my move address with gatorade for the guys and even helped with a couple boxes on his way up to my 4th floor apt. He introduced himself and thanked me for choosing Day and Night Movers to service me. I have never seen this sort of customer service anyplace with any moving company. That showed me that Robert takes great pride in making sure things are moving in the right direction and likes to earn referrals and repeat business. The final wow factor I noticed was at the very end of the move Jose and Marcus asked me to follow them to the truck so that I can go inside the truck to make absolute sure that they got everything. This is another small and important idea that I have never seen any moving company offer. Even though I knew just by how professional the company and staff are that nothing was left in the truck, I of course went into the truck and looked around and they did have everything out. Overall, extremely please with an excellent job well done. I have since gave out strong referrals for Day and Night Movers and will continue to do so. I hope this review gains them more future business because I am sure you will be just as satisfied as I am. Call Day and Night Movers Today! You will not be sorry you did. Thanks, Robert.

We hired these guys to move us from Watauga to North Richland Hills (a grand total of 4 miles.) They are based out of Dallas but came out to the Fort Worth side to move us. The fuel charge was a little extra, but we were in a time crunch, and they offered the best rate and were available on the dates we needed. It took about 4 and a half hours but they only charged us for 4. Johnny and Chris were our movers, and they were very happy, very friendly, and stayed in a good mood the whole time despite it being over 100 degrees outside. They worked together as if they'd been moving as a team for years. Some of our furniture was a bit bulky, but they had no issue with taking off doors and putting them back on, or disassembling and reassembling the items as needed. They worked VERY hard and did an excellent job. It truly was a fantastic move!

These guys were awesome! I am super paranoid when it comes to movers so I must have called and talked to about 10 companies before I decided on Day and Night Movers. We were only doing a small move (we only needed help loading a U-haul with furniture from a 2nd floor apt) as we were going to drive it down to Austin ourselves. 2 guys showed up exactly on time, and I received a written confirmation and a reminder the day before. They were VERY careful and wrapped all the furniture in blankets or plastic wrap, even though the stuff would have probably been ok without it. They even managed to fit everything in our tiny Uhaul. If we had done it ourselves there was no way we could have packed it like that! The job finished exactly on time in an hour and I don't feel like they wasted any time. For the life of me, I wish I could remember the guys' names because I would totally request them again! One of the guys had been a mover for 20 years so he definitely knew what he was doing. I definitely recommend them and would use them again!
