- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer student, military, and senior citizens discounts (with proper identification) to all customers. There are no hidden fees in our prices so what you're quoted is what you'll pay. The transporting of specialty items such as pianos, pool tables, and gun safes are subject to additional fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A day prior to arriving we touch basis with each customer to ensure our planning is accurate. The day of the move we touch basis with customer 30-45 minutes prior to arriving Upon arrival we do a thorough walk through to identify items we will be moving and see if any items need special attention. Once we confirm all the information we will be "In And Out In A Jiffy"
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For the last 3 years of being a contractor I got to work in the office. That experience was priceless. I learned so much about the business side versus being in the truck doing the physical labor I took what I learned and incorporated my ideas into it and created Minute Man Moving
