My planned movers didn't show, so I reached out for a last minute move. The owner responded within minutes and had a crew to my house within an hour. All men were very courteous and personable to my wife and I. They moved as quickly as they could--no dishonest padding minutes of minutes here. There was some minor damage to the walls/paint of my new home in a difficult turn on the staircase. The owner kept to his word and made it right- he sent a professional painter to touch up the damage. The owner of the company had the Sub contracted movers put my belongings on the grass and driveway until he received another payment for 2 more hours mind you I had already paid for 4 hrs. Which I was in the process of doing but wanted to wait til he received the electronic payment first. The movers were super slow and scratched several items and broke some of my dishes that was clearly marked FRAGILE! The move altogether took 7 hrs for a 4 hr move! God bless you Sherri.Your things were placed outside because you were unable to pay and movers don't work for free. We explained to you that 2 hour minimum does not mean your move will take 2 hours. You were loaded in 1 hour and 30 min. Movers still had to drive to destination and then unload to 3rd floor apartment. Unable to do in 3 hours. The office has not received any phone calls regarding damages which is usually the first chain of command. God bless you Sherria
