Introduction: As a trainer, I believe that continuing education and field knowledge is extremely vital to being the most helpful and useful to clients. In my 8 years, I have pursued many certifications and studied many facets of training, from CrossFit to Martial Arts to yoga. I am also an athlete so I "practice what I preach" and I believe that being a good example is part of being a great trainer. I also believe that health and fitness should be fun and that moderation is essential. Setting goals is vital to success, but it is important to realize falling off the wagon is not failure as long as you get back on and that the margarita you want? Well you can have that too. It's just all about balance. I love getting to help people realize their potential. I love the look on a clients face when they reach their goals.
