Chef Luke was excellent. His food was superior and the service was above and beyond. He delivered a 5 course dinner that was stunning. One of the best nights of my life

We loved our personal chef experience with Chef Luke. We hired him for our wedding dinner, just 7 people (one of which was a vegetarian). Choosing the menu, and Luke's proposal for each course was customized and delicious, it was also very easy to accommodate the menu for our vegetarian guest. Every dish was extraordinarily well executed, and everyone loved it! Highly recommend him and would definitely work with him again for other projects!

Luke came into our home to help us celebrate our anniversary. He prepared dinner for Tuesday evening, and returned Wednesday morning to prepare breakfast. He was delightful to work with. He arrived in plenty of time to get acquainted with our kitchen space & equipment prepare our meals in a timely manner. Both dinner and breakfast were absolutely phenomenal. The tabasco shrimp and grits appetizer was awesome. Each of the five courses for dinner were announced, presented well, presented warm, and in more than sufficient portions. Breakfast was delightful featuring a Brioche French toast out of this world. Every time we thought we'd had enough, he'd bring out another dish that we couldn't refuse. Chef Luke left our kitchen spotless, packed up any remaining portions and left us with anniversary memories well worth the cost. We definitely recommend Chef Luke for your personal chef needs, especially for holidays or special occasions.

We believe in customizing everything to the client for total satisfaction so there is not a set pricing system.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with talking briefly with the client to get a complete picture of what they are looking for, then we build a package that fits their needs perfectly.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Chef Luke is a Le Cordon Blue graduate with a associates in culinary arts. He has also apprenticed under two different chefs and worked at some of the most famous culinary institutions in the Dallas area including Hotel ZaZa, and the Dream Cafe.
