- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we begin with a free consultation ensure that we are all on the same page and the we can indeed get the job done, Secondly, and offer a free tasting of the food you are looking to serve (in the case of a wedding we offer our clients a sample tasting of the different menus we have to offer. Thirdly, partial payment is taken and we begin to work our magic striving to provide the best service for you and your guest!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started my career in the Culinary Industry working at the Ritz Carlton under Celebrity chef Dean Fearing.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Never pay full price. Always pay half before and half after. Making sure you are satisfied with the professionals work. Oh yea, and ask lots of questions!
