The Best of home style Mediterranean cooking with vegan options.
Her food is always delicious and fresh. It is gluten, sugar and salt free. I am never disappointed with her meals. They are nutritious and DELICIOUS.
Vegan Chocolates are a plus.

The occasion was a birthday dinner for my wife. Guests were to arrive at 6:30...dinner at 7. Olina was to arrive at 5. She arrived at 6. I helped her unload a very dirty and disorganized car...my first sign of things to come. Hors d'oeuvres started coming out sporadically at 7...dinner wasn't served until after 9!! At one point I ended up in the kitchen stirring something! She was dressed inappropriately (in a bathing suit and cover up). She was very disorganized. Was selling her other businesses to our guests. VERY unprofessional. I have never seen a kitchen in such disaster as she was cooking let alone after she was finished. Some of the food was ok...most was mediocre. She finally left at almost 11PM and the kitchen was still a disaster.

I am sorry you feel you had a bad experience with my service. When we left you told me everything was fine and that you and your friends thought the food was fabulous. We really appreciate the tip you gave at the end of the night. We tried to go the extra mile to please you. I am sorry that now you feel we did not.
