Introduction: I have been training for over 3 years professionally. I started at a large gym, and have moved to doing in home, and private gym session around Dallas. I have plenty of experience with both individual, and group sessions, as well as instructing and helping other personal trainers. All of my clients receive individualized workout programs, as well as detailed diet guidelines tailored work with both your goals, and your current lifestyle. My clients always come first, I make sure to keep myself available to all clients at any time of day. I take pride in my knowledge and skill, so I will always take the extra steps necessary to keep you on track. My goal is to make your fitness needs as easy for you as possible by making it my full time job, not yours. I currently hold the NASM certified personal trainer, Corrective exercise specialist, nutrition certification, and golf fitness specialist.

I have been training with Max for well over a year now. He is always responsive and accommodating. He also has a great knowledge of nutrition, diet, cardio and weight training. He can provide a lot of expertise in one session. Max is always on time and he is a lot of fun to train with. Due to Covid, he now comes to my home and we train in my back yard. He brings all the equipment and we both wear masks and stay 6 feet apart. He has made this transition from the gym to my home seamless. I highly recommend Max and First Choice Fit Personal Training.

I'd never been to a gym before and had no idea what I was doing. I wanted to start lifting weights but without someone to show me how to do it properly I would have definitely hurt myself, so I decided to get a personal trainer and found Maxwell. Maxwell took the time to figure out my strengths (not many) and my weaknesses (lots) and created a workout plan for a complete newbie like me. We set realistic goals and worked towards them step by step. He was always able to explain why we were doing the workouts we did and what they were good for in the context of my goals and my current fitness level. He was always able to motivate me and was very supportive. I made more progress in six months than I expected, and if I hadn't moved away I'd definitely still be working out with him, because I've not found a trainer that comes close ever since.

    Pricing depends on distance, or if you are coming to me, as well as how often you are training. the more session you have per month, the lower the session cost will be.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    First I we start out with recorded body fat measurement, and Identifying and setting specific fitness goals. After that has been established we will find a program that best fits your lifestyle and budget preferences

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    NASM certified trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Resistance Training Specialist, NASM nutrition certification, golf fitness specialist.
