Laurie is an AMAZING trainer. She will push you to be your best and truly cares about your well being. I am a college athlete and tore my ACL. Laurie game me workouts to strengthen my knee as well as the rest of my body so I could be back on the field in no time. I never left a workout feeling like I didn’t accomplish something. Anyone considering going to her prepare to work hard have fun and sweat a ton! You won’t regret it!Oct 2, 2019

Laurie is the quintessential trainer! Her gregarious personality, knowledge base, and enthusiasm inspired me to continue training. She trained me for over a year prior to leaving California a few months ago.Feb 23, 2019
Laurie is easy to work with, flexible w her scheduling because she understands about RL and she is excellent for tailoring my workout to focus on my body’s weaknesses and problem areas. She is superb at helping you overcome injuries and surgeries to get you back to where you want to be.Oct 11, 2019

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing is based off a 8 session commitment. Discounts are given for referrals that sign up. Sessions can be rolled over based off travel, emergencies and 12 hour session cancelation notice.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? When working with a new customer, we begin with a phone consultation where I get to know you and your fitness goals along with getting to ask me any questions/concerns. We then meet in person for a first session which is free to go through showing you the fitness area, do measurements, payments, and paperwork along with setting up a schedule. After that we begin our sessions which are each an hour long.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have over 7 years experience in fitness. This includes multiple certifications including being a NASM certified personal trainer, group fitness certification, nutrition specialist certification among balance/flexibility, corrective exercise, weight loss specialist, and working in many studio and gym environments. I have worked with a wide range of clients from all ages including teens all the way up to clients in their 80s! I have also worked with a wide range of injuries, pregnant clients, and all ranges of abilities and fitness levels.
