Introduction: Welcome to my page! 😊 First off my name is Liz and I dedicate my efforts to you achieving the best life possible! I’m pretty passionate about people and seeing them overcome their limitations. I was a a competitive swimmer and short lived triathlete; I’m internally very competitive in every aspect of my life. I empathize with people because I see that everyone looks for understanding and support. Injuries are my speciality and working on rehabilitation through corrective exercise as well as endurance or athletic performance. I’d love to help you with your goals. But as far as workouts go they include compound exercises, HIIT, aerobic/anaerobic, cross fit, metabolic conditioning, balance, rehabilitation, core, and functional exercises. It’s all about achieving the body’s limits than surpassing them in a smart manner and finding out you can push further! Training the mind comes first. Limits are just temporary! The workouts never fail to keep you on your toes with constant correction and cueing. What’s great is the workouts are very specific to you. Not all workouts fit everyone and I understand that. (Virtual sessions are also available). I offer an assessment (30 minutes), 300$ but now for 197$. Included in the assessment is fitness testing, goal setting, nutritional review, as well as a lifestyle review, BMR, meal planning, program planning, and more! Whether it will be life coaching, nutrition counseling, dealing with life and stress demands; the work involved encompasses every area of health and wellness possible in order to be well rounded. With that, what’s included in my services is: motivational articles, recommended food plans sent monthly, assessments done monthly, dietary details for your specific use, also educational articles, weekly check ins, homework, and detailed workouts, and finally constant nutritional review on MyFitnessPal. I have a gym available for use in Carrollton off Marsh or I can travel to you with equipment and fitness tools! Whatever fits your comfort level best! Look forward to hearing from you! My teenage daughter has greatly benefited from training with Liz. She has gotten stronger, become more mindful about nutrition, and really had fun all along. The best part is that she now sees exercise as a positive activity where before she saw it as a chore. Thanks Liz!

Liz will break you in all the right ways. She’ll work you as hard as you push yourself while making it fun. She’s great at adding humor to the session and responding to feedback. I had multiple exercises that needed to be modified from past injuries and she was really good at making the adjustments. She approaches workouts with science in mind and you see it in the results week over week.

Liz has been my trainer for several months now. I cannot believe the lean muscle and strength that I have gained in such a short time, just twice a week! Liz has customized a plan for my body and my nutrition. She stays in constant contact with me and sends me pertinent emails regarding health and nutrition. Liz is the best trainer I have ever worked with, she thinks outside of the box, has the education, and literally works all of my muscle groups in every workout session. Truly outstanding! Ellen
