I have had lots of trainers, and it’s not easy to find the right one. It’s hard to find a good trainer who you also enjoy talking to during your workout, but Mitch is that guy! Mitch is a great trainer. I really enjoy the workouts he designs for me. He listens to my goals and creates a workout plan for that. He also is not afraid to push me and make me do a little more than I want to, which is what you pay a trainer for! He incorporates strength training and HIIT workouts which keeps it interesting. I’m not that good at tracking my nutrition, but he helps keep me honest with that also. He’s also got a great personality which makes working out fun. I would highly recommend him for personal training!Sep 10, 2020
Mitch is a dedicated professional who is open to observe and support his clients to consistently meet their fitness needs. I have had numerous personal trainers and coaches over the past 30 years and Mitch is definitely one of the best.Sep 10, 2020
Personal training in DFW is a very competitive business. Mitch is a true standout. He is all about delivering high function, great intensity workouts that yield excellent results. He is flexible with his time and committed to making sure your program suits your particular goals. Does it work? Mitch is a walking billboard and a testament to his dedication to fitness.Sep 10, 2020
The most knowledgeable trainer I’ve ever had! I have had several trainers throughout the years but Mitchel was the first to actually show me how to use my body properly & get my nutrition dialed in. He fixed my squat in the very first session, a easy fix that all my other trainers seemed to miss time & time again. He showed me how to find a diet that worked not only for my lifestyle but for my performance. #BestTrainerSep 10, 2020
I benefited more from Mitch’s knowledge and approach to training than from any other trainer I’ve had. I regret his leaving and miss his workouts.Sep 8, 2020
