In the last two decades, I have gone through many sports-related accidents, and it is tough to get back to a safe active lifestyle for many reasons like stiff muscles, incomplete rehab, etc. Mitch took the time to understand my issues, explained the workout plan, and educated me on how each workout will help improve my overall fitness. He observes my every move during the sessions and knows when to push and stop. This approach makes me feel confident and breakthrough the physical restrictions I had during workouts. Overall, Mitch is a fantastic trainer and will make you feel confident in the gym in a few weeks.

Working with Mitch has been a great experience, he is punctual to sessions, responsive to text/calls, and respectful of my pre-existing issues. I look forward to seeing how far I can progress working with him. Cool personality and relatable as well. Highly recommend, just not during my time slot!

I have had lots of trainers, and it’s not easy to find the right one. It’s hard to find a good trainer who you also enjoy talking to during your workout, but Mitch is that guy! Mitch is a great trainer. I really enjoy the workouts he designs for me. He listens to my goals and creates a workout plan for that. He also is not afraid to push me and make me do a little more than I want to, which is what you pay a trainer for! He incorporates strength training and HIIT workouts which keeps it interesting. I’m not that good at tracking my nutrition, but he helps keep me honest with that also. He’s also got a great personality which makes working out fun. I would highly recommend him for personal training!

Mitch is a dedicated professional who is open to observe and support his clients to consistently meet their fitness needs. I have had numerous personal trainers and coaches over the past 30 years and Mitch is definitely one of the best.
