These questions can be very overwhelming. I've been there. This is why I've decided to take on personal training. Allow me to take the guess work out for you. This can be an enjoyable experience but only with the right guidance and trainers in your life.
Nutrition is even more important than the exercise. I have partnered with a nutrition coach who will be with you every step of the way. The both of you will be in constant communication with one-on-one weekly Zoom calls, a grocery trip, meal plans for either weight loss or weight gain and help you gain a deeper understanding of nutrition and the effects it has on your body.
The best part about your nutrition coach? Her programs are no restrictions and a guilt free approach.
It is our mission to teach you everything we know so you will be well equipped to continue on with this new lifestyle once the program is completed.
Not only will we break the barrier on your fitness journey, my job will be to educate you on your body as well as transform your mind. Any physical change you want to achieve is never easy.
