- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken an older adults and exercise class, and one called Balls, Bands, and More at Cooper Institute. I will be taking a small group exercise class in June. I belong to IDEA and read fitness journals on a regular basis. In order to best help my clients I have to be a life long learner.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After being a high school teacher for 15 years I felt the calling to start a career as a fitness trainer. I have maintained a large weight loss, know how to teach, love cardio, yoga and strength training ,and love all things healthy. I am ready to Invest in a healthier you.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Teaching nutrition and wellness at the high school level and implementing a physical activity program with my students.
