- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There is a 3 step process at SFG for new private clients. Step 1: Brief consultation about the clients workout history, previous injuries, and current fitness goals. (5-10 minutes) Step 2: Following the consultation, the new client will be taken through a mild fitness assessment testing there flexibility, core strength, balance, and overall strength and cardio level. (20-30 minutes) Step 3: Based on the information gathered from steps 1 and 2, the client is taken through an abbreviated workout that will push them safely to their max effort. Here is where the trainer will take detailed notes of the clients heart rate monitor readings.(15-20 minutes)
