My name is Rob Burgess. I have been a personal trainer for almost 11 years, and I love what I do! RB Training Solutions started in 2021, and I'm here to provide you a quality training service to help you reach your fitness goals! I’ve been working out with Rob for about 8 weeks and he is a committed, knowledgeable, flexible, and skilled personal trainer. Working out, even with other trainers in the past, has always been an uphill battle with so much misinformation out there. Not only am I noticeably stronger and leaner, but I’m gaining an education in fitness, building a strong relationship with sustainable nutrition, and understanding my potential in the gym. Rob is the real deal and training with him is worth the investment.

Rob tailors his programs to his clients and has deep knowledge about the body and various exercises specified to help you meet your goals. He is very professional and an upbeat and personable person to exercise with. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trainer, regardless of experience.

I’ve been working with Rob for about a month now and it’s been a very positive experience so far. I’m an ex athlete who fell into bad habits after injuries/surgery on my knees and hip. With a renewed focus on getting back in shape it was important to have someone who was conscientious of my history. Rob began with a complimentary session to review my medical history and goals and ever since we’ve been working out I not only feel stronger but I feel confident and safe in the exercises we focus on. Additionally he has off day workouts so I can follow my program on my own time - another value add I feel gives him the edge against other trainers. Looking forward to our next session!

RB Training Solutions has greatly exceeded my personal training expectations. RB personally tailors a training program fitted for your training and fitness goals. The program constantly evolves in order to keep up with personal progress and adapt to new fitness goals. RB is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced in fitness/training, doing an incredible job of explaining each exercise; not only how to perform each exercise, but why it's being done and which muscle group(s) are being targeted. RB makes sure you're completing each exercise with correct form and posture, and always makes sure you understand the exercise being done. RB also provides diet and nutrition support to help you reach not only your fitness goals, but your dietary goals as well. RB is very easy going and quickly turns from a trainer to a friend.
It's not just training, but an entire personal fitness package to help you achieve your fitness goals!

I started training with Rob after having suffered a rotator cuff tear. I was nervous to start training again but during my consultation I knew I was in good hands.
He developed a workout program catered to me based on my needs. During my workouts he is so attentive; always asks how I’m feeling. he is patient and kind. Another thing I love is that he is always teaching me about each workout and how It effects the body. He is great! Very knowledgable.
Rob is personable and truly cares about his clients and it shows. He always follows up with me post workout days to see how I’m feeling. I’m so happy I found him and you will be too :)

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I hate to talk about pricing before I meet with you initially. However, I range anywhere between $65-$100 an hour. The more time you spend with me; the more comfortable the sessions get.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first session will be a detailed assessment. This way I can get a baseline measurement of your fitness level, and to see if we would be a good match to work together!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently have 4 certifications, and I'm constantly going through continuing education courses!
