I wanted to find a really accomplished trainer who could set me up with effective, dynamic work-outs. Kathleen is doing this and tons more! She’s very knowledgeable and took the time to ask me about my history and tailors the program to ones goals and abilities. She’s professional and committed to her clients! Upon our initial meeting she had me do various excercises to diagnose my current physical readiness, then honed in on the strengthening exercises that fit me. She’s also very good at recognizing small muscle groups and areas where you need improvement, then having ways to address it. She is about mobility and making sure you feel great, not just look good! Kathleen runs an amazing personal training program at Relentless Fitness. The initial first training session & evaluation I received multiple measurements and fat% numbers and she calculated my macros to give us a starting point in which to improve from. Since then, we’ve been training 3x a week and I’ve been going to her for over a year now and I will definitely say she’s my trainer for life!!!

Kathleen took her time learning and watching my body mechanics. She’s also acknowledged my work as a massage therapist, and how my body plays a huge roll in it, therefore creating a structured training routine for my specific needs. We’ve worked together for quite some time and she’s truly dedicated to giving me her undivided attention. I feel more in tune and pain free when I’m training whether hypertrophy or Olympic lifting and working. Highly recommend her for your 2021 New Years resolutions, it would be money well spent.

I've been working with Kat for 5 months and just love it. She listens to what you want to work on, adjust works out if needed due to soreness or injury. I always leave there feeling better than when I got there. Great trainer.
