I have been using Bill's services for about a month now. He's been wonderful with my dogs and takes the time to notify me with updates from his walks with my dogs which is a huge peace of mind when I travel. I highly recommend him.Jun 3, 2015
Bill created an instant rapport with both my pup and my family. Anyone who knows me will tell you that if I trust you to take care of my dog; I trust you with my best friend. I trust Bill. He's very attentive and genuinely caring to Welly and responsive and flexible me.Jun 6, 2015Verified

Bill is extremely thorough in making sure the dogs are cared for as you wish. He lets you know how the dogs do and send pictures. He goes above and beyond by picking up and ensuring the dogs are completely safe. It's a huge comfort to know my dogs are safe and well treated when I can't be there! Highly recommended to all!!!!Feb 5, 2015
I was not present when Mr. Wagmaster took care of my cat, but I can say that when I returned I was very pleased with how he left "everything", meaning cleanliness in particular. I would hire him again without hesitation.Oct 1, 2018Verified
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Typically, I come to their home to discuss needs and meet the pets in order to see if it's a good fit for both our clients peace of mind and for us to become familiar with their pets. This is a free consultation and I bring necessary forms and contracts regarding liabilities and we discuss their pets needs and schedules and share stories about our existing clients. Trust is a big issue for both new client and Wagmaster being a good fit that they feel comfortable allowing us in their homes with their fur-babies.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I just finished a full day course in Dog and Cat CPR to prepare in case of any emergencies. As a member of NAPPS I receive current news and industry updates daily from other professional pet sitters across the country.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I have been a pet owner/caregiver for the past 55 years. There hasnt been a moment in my life when I didnt have a dog and they have all been my best friends. I mostly had dogs but my interest in caring for pets extended into turtles, fish, gerbals, mice, and chameleons. Over the course of my life I have owned and cared for Beagles, Dachshunds, Bassett Hounds, Irish Setters, Old English Sheepdogs, Dobermans, Cocker Spaniels, and Irish Wolfhounds. My current pets include a beautiful Boston Terrier rescue dog, Maizy, and a Havanese named Castro. After owning and operating a successful graphic design/advertising studio for the last 35 years, I decided to venture into doing the thing I have always loved the most playing and walking with dogs and caring for pets. I can promise my clients that I will always treat their pet as if they were part of my family and do everything in my control to ensure that you will be happy with the service. I know how hard it is to leave them with someone new and the anxiety it can cause.
