Unfortunately he never showed up to our event. Communication went well during the weeks leading up to the event and then the day of the event, we were completely ghosted. Tried calling, emailing, etc. and we had no response. We waited hoping that he would miraculously show up to event but he was a no show. Our event suffered due to lack of a photo booth. It was a fundraiser event so our guests paid to be at the party so to not be able to offer what we publicized we would (photo booth), it put us in a very sticky situation with people who had so generously donated money to be there.May 3, 2018Verified

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I determine their needs, and our capability of being able to service those needs. We do a lot of things but not everything. If we can't do it I would rather say no than to do a mediocre job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am constantly learning to enhance my skills so I can provide the highest quality service and products to our customers. Then I can pass those skills on to my other photographers. There is always something to learn whether it's new or a refresher.
