FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have standard rates since every project is unique and every client has different affordability limits. We work closely with clients to make sure we stay affordable within your budget constraints. Our goal is to make the customer successful and in turn they usually help us be successful as well - it's a win-win deal. And you don't pay until we deliver the final product.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every job is unique and it's important to the client that we understand what they expect in a top quality video. We believe collaboration and open communications with the client is critical. We layout a story board which helps the communication processes and make sure we understand the client's expectations. Price is normally important and we collaboratively make decisions about the video to manage the cost. We deliver draft versions that we use to fine tune the finished product. You don't pay until you're satisfied with the final product.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been doing photography and video for more than 50 years with a broad range of gear and processes. But the greatest experience has come in the last 7 or 8 years with the digital technologies and and the amazing software. I've had numerous classroom and online courses on all aspects of video production. Of course the best teacher is just to do videos and to push the envelope.
