FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically before embarking on a new project I reach out to potential clients via email or phone to get connected before going through a quick Q&A. Getting detailed and specific answers about my client's goals, vison and preferences and needs help me better understand what the client is trying to achieve and what I can do to help them get there. If my client thinks I am a good fit (and vice versa) I then break down and explain my rates and/or packaging, and help them complete the booking process via my website or Square Booking.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Families, models, students, realtors, musicians, artists, tourists, night goers, corporations, small business owners.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Here are the top 5 questions I will ask first-time clients: 1. What is the goal? What is the purpose of the photography that I am completing for you? The answer can vary from project to project: personal and family usage to preserve priceless memories, business usage to promote or sell something, or documentation purposes for academic and scholastic institutions to share with generations to come. This question also include what you will be doing with the photographs: will you be needing the edited digital files only, or are you interested in additional services such as printing or album curation? 2. How many people, locations and/or objects will I be photographing? Do you have specific shots that are needed, or are you fully open to my professional and artistic discernment? 3. Where will we be? Do you have a specific location in mind, or do I need to compile some suggestions? Will the location be an indoor or outdoor environment? What is the weather looking like, and how will it affect our shoot? 4.What are your budget expectations for this project or event? How much are you willing to invest in photography services, including digital copies, printing and other considerations. 5. What is the timeline for the photography? When do you need the photos completed and delivered by? If there is a specific date you have in mind, please let your photographer know in advance.
