Christi set up our quickbooks online and reconciled 6 months of transactions (about 2000 transactions) within 3 days. This was an urgent project and Christi delivered within our expectations. Only consideration about the work was that the classification of individual transactions was done very high level. I think that is understandable given the short amount of time she had to do it. But it is something that we now have to go back and reclassify multiple transactions.
Miranda (The Quickbooks Chick) will be working with me to make QuickBooks Pro truly a DIY accounting system. While still a small business, that's all I need for now. I like her approach to assist small businesses.

Well, I thought i knew how to take care of business until I met with Chris, then he reviewed our quickbooks account, e-mailed us an analysis complete with graphs and comparisons of where the books were and where they should be. That's when I realized that i had alot to learn. Chris then reviewed our taxes for the past 2 years and well that was wrong too because our books were not correct and found out that I had actually overpaid on taxes also. Chris is very professional on how he does his business analysis and very knowledgeable in what he is doing. He not only reviews and provides reports but he also explains perfectly everything he is reporting on by helping me understand the reports and helping me therefore on making better decisions and better planning on the growth of our business. A1 was hired originally to do some basic bookkeeping, but ended up having to do an entire QB's "company" overhaul....Seems that due to unforeseen issues from my previous bookkeeper(lack of due diligence etc...), we felt it would be better, (with with the ok from my CPA) to create a new company in Quickbooks-Premier-2016, so A1 created/rebuilt a new company in QB, so that when I bring the financials to my CPA next year they will be able to utilize the information A1 has setup/fixed it wont cost me a fortune, as it did this year, due to the mess they had to straighten out... A1 solved my chart of account coding issues, as well as showed me how to make sure when I was creating an invoice, our line items were being coded to the correct chart of account line item, among other things. As of right now, we are very satisfied with A1's performance, and customer service and will be keeping them around for a while, as we know they have our back's!!
