- What types of customers have you worked with?
We mostly do home building, home remodeling and roofing services. We can build a new home or do a complete renovation. We have a list of other contracting services such as: window replacements, door replacements, gutter installation or replacement or a complete new roof due to hail damage.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Reputation, reputation, reputation. Do your homework and CALL referrals. I am constantly amazed at how people will put their home and more importantly their familys safety at risk with a contractor they know nothing about except he seemed honest. Sadly there arent as many guidelines and prerequisites as some would like to ensure that your contractor is qualified and trustworthy to do the work. This is left to you as the homeowner to do your homework and know who you are dealing with. So many people ask for referrals yet never actually call them! Whenever we hear horror stories from customers we ask did you check them out thoroughly? That one small step can save you a lot of heartache and money down the road.
