- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Yes, I have 3 standard packages, but could modify as needed to meet your specific needs. First package is 'Chemicals Only'. I come once per week and check and maintain the chemicals. ~ $59.99 per month The second package is the 'Full Service Package'. I come once per week and check and maintain the chemicals. I empty the skimmers, pump basket, and pool cleaner net. I remove all leaves & debris from the pool and sweep the steps ans sides of the pool, also included in this pakage is vaccuming and brushing of pool weekly. I also perform a backwash as needed. And visually check the pool equipment to ensure a small issue does not become a larger issues. ~ 139.99 per month The third package is Partial Service Package'. This package is the same as the basic clean package, but does not include vaccuming and netting.99.00. All our packages are available on a Bi Weekly basis during the off season.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?For a new customer, I first email a customer information form. This is not a term agreement. This is just a form to get to know the customer that is hiring us a little better. It also gives written permission to enter the property to clean the pool. Customer info forms can be emailed back, or I can pick up at the time of your first visit. During the initial visit, I go over the location of the pool equipment, and go over any other potential questions a new customer may have. The initial visit typically last longer than the following visits.
