My experience has been great. I've had the pleasure of working with Kory. Im having a rodent issue and Kory came out the very same day I called. He was very thorough and took his time trying to find any possible entries. He has explained and informed me about so much when dealing with this issue. I highly recommend GPS for any pest concerns you may have.

Kory provided excellent customer service. Every time I had a question his responses were very prompt. He was flexible to work with my schedule. On the day he arrived to perform the pest control, he was professionally attired, very pleasant, professional to work with. Above all his pricing is so very reasonable, honest and value added. He was thorough and sincere is rendering the service he promised. It is very great to see that at times when American customer service is, unfortunatley on the decline, Kory is a shining example of how each of us can uphold these values and be the change you want to see in and around you. I recommend Gradeur Pest Control very highly to true seekers of quality service. Awesome Job Kory in going the extra mile in Customer service.

Chris sprayed our yard for preventative fleas and mosquitos. We had GPS come out last year and they wiped out our flea problem amazingly fast. This team responds immediately, they are flexible and show up on time. Give these guys a call for any pest solutions!

I would highly recommend their services. They showed up on time and were quick and knowledgable. Also the price couldn’t be beat.     That prices may vary depending on size. Also that termite, bed bug and exclusion services are separate charges than regular pest control.

    Our typical process of working with new customers, consists of greeting them respectfully, asking questions of what the issues are and then answering what we can do to control or even eliminate the pest.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    We do continuing education annually to ensure that we up to date on laws and new techniques. We also hold a certified applicators license which is need to do business in Texas.
