FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a range of wedding packages which are priced based on hours, number of photographers, and image delivery (digitals, prints, photo books). For portraits, I charge a session fee based on the amount of people being photographed, and images are sold separately. I offer a small, medium, and large package, as well as a la carte images.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a prospective client has reached out to me, before moving forward with booking, I like to set up a call or FaceTime session with them to go over the details of their booking and answer any questions they may have. After that, I send an invoice for the deposit/booking fee, which, upon payment, secures the date and time for my services. I like to keep in touch as needed, if any new details may come up between the time of booking and the shoot date, and as the date gets closer, will touch base to confirm details one last time.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Find someone you click with and trust, whose work you love. You deserve the best, so don't settle for anything that doesn't wow you on all levels.
