Because every fire and water damage scenario is different, prices will vary for each project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you call Regent Restoration, our dispatchers will send out a crew to your house immediately and they'll arrive within 45-60 minutes or sooner. When our team gets there, they'll provide you a free inspection and estimate and answer any questions you might have about the restoration process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our skilled water damage restoration contractors are IICRC certified. The IICRC, or the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification sets the standard for the most advanced techniques in the cleaning and restoration industry. This training means our techs understand the proper procedures and the science behind drying, water damage cleanup, water damage repair, and means they can handle any scenario from small leaks to removing biohazardous water.
