- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I for one, cannot stand it when I am quoted a price and then all of a sudden there are all these additional fees, not what I signed up for! So I have made it my mission to be upfront about all fees so that there are no surprises for anyone. If you have a question about anything, just ask!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I discuss the clients needs and concerns about the shoot so that they are comfortable from the start. We then schedule the shoot at a convenient time for the client and make it happen. The files are edited and then sent over to the client, usually within 24 hours via Pixieset
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology (one of the top photography schools in the world) with a degree in Professional Photography and have been shooting professionally ever since. I have a background in advertising and corporate work (annual reports, brand identity, web and social media, etc.)
