Kelly is an amazing teacher! With two weeks until our wedding I thought for sure we wouldnt be able to pull off a dance because neither one of us have any experience. I have has the pleasure of using Kirstens services since May of this year. I initially just wanted to learn enough so I could keep up at a group yoga class. I have learned so much and have been spoiled by the one-on-one instruction. She comes to my home 2 times per week at a time that is convenient for me always on time and full of positive energy. Kirsten gently challenges me to do more than I think I can, but quickly modifies poses if its too much or I feel uncomfortable. Shes a gem love her!

She is an excellent teacher: structures the class to start gently and really knows the body and what should be warmed up to stretch for peak performance and then a wonderful relaxation. She is caring and can customize for my special needs. I highly recommend her.
Atali is an excellent instructor. She has a soothing, gentle approach and teaches in a way that is easy to follow and understand. As if the practice isn't relaxing enough, her tone and guidance helps you unwind and de-stress on an even deeper level. I always look forward to our sessions together, because I know I am going to get more out of each one than I am prepared for, and in the most incredible way.
Liya was one of the best coaches I’ve had in the gym and on the mat. She pushed me and encouraged me on the mat. She helped me to reach new levels and experiences in my yoga practice. I like JuJu, he has a good sense of humor but still knows when to be serious, he has helped me learn how to do the breath of fire; how to separate myself from my thoughts; how to eat properly for health and how to make my back stop hurting! Working with Kierstin was great! She was extremely professional and focused on helping me with my needs and issues. Way better than a 30 person class because you get 1 on 1 work with Kierstin the entire time. Would highly recommend for all levels of yoga!
