Introduction: I am really engaged with my students. I love anatomy, and pay close attention to my students bodies. I will push you to your limits, but not past them. I can't recommend Christopher highly enough. He's one of the most knowledgeable and passionate yoga instructors I've had the pleasure to practice with. All that without taking himself (or yoga) too seriously - I always know his class will be FUN! He knows how to motivate you to give it that extra that you know you have but were maybe too lazy to give on your own. Practicing with Christopher is always the highlight of my day!

The best private I've ever had! He will tailor his practice to your needs and wants. He is always aware of your current mood and takes that into consideration. Be sure to ask for some extra abdominal work, it's TOUGH but the results are awesome.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always training. I am currently working towards my 500hr certification, and attend numerous workshops and events every year to learn and grow in my teaching.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be clear about what your expectations are. Be clear about you limitations (or perceived limitations). Be comfortable having an open dialogue about what you are feeling, and what we can do to empower you in your practice.
