Taylor solved the problem when two others had failed and did so at better overall price. Best value for the money for any of your A/V needs.Aug 17, 2019Adaptiv Automation's reply

Taylor was great to work with. He is full of knowledge and helped us navigate through all the automated systems to find the one that best suited our needs. He does what he says he is going to do, and works very hard to make sure the customer is satisfied!Aug 26, 2019Adaptiv Automation's reply

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?1. Contact client and discuss project 2. Design and propose system to meet client’s needs. 3. Finalize, contract, and collect deposit 4. Order equipment and schedule 5. Prep and Install 6. Client Orientation and Delivery 7. Post-Install Guarantee and Support
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?15+ years field experience. Various industry certifications. Savant and Lutron certified. Nest Pro installer. Eero Pro installer.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Find a professional that you can trust above all else. Do a little bit of research on what you’re looking for. Give them your details and paint them a good picture of your needs, and then trust in their expertise to provide you with a system that meets your expectations. Approaching the system as a whole home, rather than room by room, will allow your integrator to provide consistency in operation throughout the home, which helps tremendously with end user adoption and understanding.
