    Yes, it was! I generally do not repair everything that you can think of on a virus infested computer and stay up all night. 3 days and 2 nights with no sleep because my door was knocked on and I was asked why I was finally sleeping one morning. 72 hours of work for 2 hours labor and you wanted me to work on Easter. I have a 10 year old. I am sorry that Holidays do not mean anything to you. But, my child comes first. I hope we can see things from both perspectives if there were ever a next time. I really do apologize you and I do not at all see eye to eye. I should have known when you

    Tracy was very patient and informative. He did do a lot of research for me and is a trustworthy technician. The fan was given to me by a friend. I was disappointed I could not use it because of the size dimensions. I would have followed Tracy's advice about the power supply however, it was not available locally and would have had to be ordered online, further delaying the repair. I had already been unable to get online for certain gaming applications and did not want to wait any longer. I did find a lesser unit locally that worked adequately. The computer is working perfectly now. I have had no new issues with any type of shut-downs. Graphically, I have noticed only a slight difference in my particular game. However, I am sure this is due to my monitor which is several years old. I am sure when the monitor is replaced, I should see a substantial increase in the graphics. I would recommend Tracy for his patience, expertise and knowledge. Thanks!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I continuously Beta test all Microsoft Operating Systems well before they are released to the public. Every couple of years I spend time with HP, Dell and a few others for upgrading my certifications. I spend time taking online programming courses and hold several technical group memberships.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When looking for a provider I would ensure they have an education, are passionate about what they are doing, enjoy working with people and most importantly have plenty of hands-on experience.
