Introduction: A four-week outdoor program of fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training. You will be inspired and have fun while participating in a fantastic workout led by one of our Master Certified Adventure Fitness Trainers. Each day, camp will be one hour in length and start exactly at the appointed start time on the calendar page. There is also one free nutritional seminar held during each four week camp period, to help you with knowing how to eat better, which is a large part of reaching your goals. I love helping people fall in love with the journey of becoming fit and healthy.

Never worked out with Sara, but Kendra is great!! Dow Park's evening camp rocks! This is my 5th camp and I enjoy it more each time.
